Risk Management

Risk management in Imua can be broken down into two categories: risk analysis, which seeks to identify, measure, and weigh risk in the system; and risk mitigation, which should include mechanisms and techniques to help prevent various negative outcomes within the system. Research into risk management is an ongoing pursuit, and future work should include support for surfacing risk factors through dashboards and reports that help restakers make better risk-adjusted decisions. At the end of the day, risk management in any open market, such as re/staking, is ultimately up to the participants of that market. Re/stakers should consider all risk factors when choosing to re/stake to AVSs on Imua.
